Request For Information (RFI) Supply and Installation of a Geo Spatial Analysis Tool/System
NMB Bank PLC, the largest commercial bank in Tanzania, boasts an extensive branch network across the country, providing services to individuals, small and medium enterprises, and large corporations. NMB Bank PLC is now inviting applications for the submission of information from all eligible vendors for the supply and installation of a Geo Spatial Analysis Tool/System.
This RFI aims to gather information about market conditions and vendor capabilities to help the Bank refine its requirements and understand the available commercial solutions. The Bank does not intend to award a contract based on this solicitation or pay for the information provided. The Bank reserves the right to defer or cancel the RFI without penalty.
NMB Bank PLC seeks to receive technical information showcasing the comprehensive functional and non-functional capabilities of the proposed systems.
The selection and shortlisting of vendors for a future RFP process will be conducted through Open Competitive Tendering, as specified in the NMB Bank PLC Procurement Policy and Procedures. After receiving proposals from interested vendors, the Bank will review and invite selected vendors to showcase their systems.
The RFI document can be obtained from our website at [nmbbank.co.tz/tenders](https://nmbbank.co.tz/tenders), and requests for clarifications should be sent to the office of the Secretary, Management Tender Committee at procurement@nmbbank.co.tz no later than Wednesday, 5th June 2024.
The deadline for submission of applications is Tuesday, 18th June 2024 at 15:00 EA Time. Applications will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of vendor representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at NMB Bank PLC Head Office, first floor, at 15:00 EA Time on Tuesday, 18th June 2024.
Applications should be addressed to the Secretary, NMB Bank PLC Management Tender Committee, and clearly marked on the envelope/email: RFI for Supply and Installation of Geo Spatial Analysis Tool/System - Not to be opened before 15:00 on Tuesday, 18th June 2024, and delivered in the following ways:
